**Return Period**

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

**Non-Returnable Items**

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Opened or used items
- Gift cards

**Return Process**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. **Ship the Item:** Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

**Refunds**

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Exchanges**

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please follow the same process as above. We will guide you through the exchange procedure.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
